This treatment is carried out on a couch. A little oil or talcum powder may be used. Any number of massages can be booked. Usually there are noticeable improvements reported, the skin looks 'lifted-up' even after one treatment. However one treatment builds on the next, it's a bit like exercising the body, it's best to carry out a number of sessions. A course of at least 6 consecutive treatments is recommended for good results.
